It combines the benefits of mat Pilates with the added resistance and support of equipment, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. This class is great for both men and women, targeting the core, arms, legs, and back while being gentle on the joints. It’s excellent for improving stability, alignment, and overall body control. No experience is needed, and exercises can be adjusted for beginners or advanced participants. We recommend a minimum age of 16+. Please consult your doctor before joining if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury.
